Rebound Therapy Practitioner Course

The Rebound Therapy Practitioner course is internationally recognized and certified by ReboundTherapy.org. Successful completion of this course validates candidates to deliver Rebound Therapy sessions to children and adults with disabilities at any suitable venue in the United States.

The course will cover the following:
1) Introduction to Rebound Therapy
2) Contraindications, medical conditions, and risk assessments
3) Benefits of Rebound Therapy
4) Safe practice
5) Measuring and recording progress
6) Outcome measures
7) Trampoline skills and simulations

The course is suitable for: physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, recreational therapists, kinesiologists, therapy assistants, students, trampoline/gymnastic coaches, trampoline park staff, support workers, parents, etc. 

There are no prerequisites to the Rebound Therapy course and no previous trampoline experience is needed.

Rebound Therapy Practitioner Course

Online

The online Rebound Therapy Practitioner Course was developed by ReboundTherapy.org. Successful completion of this course validates candidates to deliver Rebound Therapy sessions to children and adults with disabilities at any suitable venue in the United States.

The online Rebound Therapy Practitioner Course is comprised of the following components:

1) Study of the reading material
2) Study of the video of practical aspects, including the development of the program for individuals with learning disabilities and activities for ambulant students
3) Study of the video of how to measure and record progress, and how to provide evidence of outcomes
4) Completion of the theory assessment paper
5) Completion of practical skills demonstrated on a trampoline (submitted via video)

Flexi-Bounce Therapy Practitioner Course

Online

The online Rebound Therapy Practitioner Course was developed by ReboundTherapy.org. Successful completion of this course validates candidates to deliver Rebound Therapy sessions to children and adults with disabilities at any suitable venue in the United States.

The online Rebound Therapy Practitioner Course is comprised of the following components:

Brain Stimulation Course

Online

This is an online add-on course developed and delivered by ReboundTherapy.org about using the trampoline/rebounder for brain stimulation. Candidates will learn the techniques for putting together dozens of fun, brain-challenging exercises for their students. The exercises cover concentration, coordination (authentic and sequenced), balance, cross lateral movement and memory. Most of the exercises can be used or adapted for physical disabilities and motor impairments.

The Brain Stimulation Course is appropriate for qualified Rebound Therapy practitioners, Flexi-Bounce Therapy practitioners, or/ and those with a recognized trampoline coach qualification.

The online Brain Stimulation training course comprises five steps:
1) Study of reading material
2) Study of the video of the full program
3) Study of worksheet and accompanying individual video clips
4) Completion of a short theory assessment
5) Completion of practical skills demonstrated on a rebounder/trampoline (submitted via video)
